Raz Kids

Dear Parent or Guardian,

I'm happy to inform you that your student has access to hundreds of eBooks using the school's subscription to www.raz-kids.com. Children can read and listen to books on Raz-Kids and even record themselves reading. After reading please take a quiz to check for comprehension. Although your child may be able to read all the words, they also need to be able to understand what they are reading. It is best if your child can reread the book until they answer all questions accurately. 

Please note:  The levels on Raz kids do not match the levels we are reading in the classroom.  Please do not be alarmed if the level you child has been placed at is higher or lower than their home reading books.

To access your child's account, log in at https://www.kidsa-z.com/main/Login , teacher user name is lhoward65 and then click on your child’s name.  

A Login card has been attached to the inside of their communication folder with the assigned password.  Please remember the goal is to read for at least fifteen minutes per day.

Monitor your child's progress:

You can see which books your child has been reading, send them messages, and review all their activity with our Parent Access area. Simply log in as your child, click the "Parents" link in the top right, and register today.
